Pulitzer finalist and Obie award-winning New York playwright, poet, and performer Dael Orlandersmith joins us with a preview of her new solo work in development, Black N Blue Boys/ Broken Men. Black N Blue Boys/Broken Men, a co-production of Chicago’s Goodman Theatre and Berkeley Repertory Theatre, tackles issues of gender and sexual abuse, giving voice to adult male survivors of childhood abuse. Followed by a discussion and Q & A with Dael Orlandersmith.
