About the event
L.S.D. (Just the High Points…)
Thursday, Dec 3rd 6:30PM
Join Eric Sluyter and Jennifer Tipton for an evening focused on the sound and lighting design of L.S.D., the iconic production by the Wooster Group. Scheduled for a restaging in January 2027, the performance unfolds across four distinct parts, framed by the narrative perspective of Timothy Leary’s children’s babysitter: From Leary’s writing and other 1960s counterculture manifestos and philosophical texts to the Salem witch hunt as a day in the life of the House Un-American Activities Committee as well as performers reenact a video they shot of themselves on L.S.D.
Moderated by Frank Hentschker.
